Welcome to the 6-Day Dumbbell Strength Training Fitness Bootcamp.

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES 6 SWEAT-INDUCING, MUSCLE-PUMPING WORKOUTS, DESIGNED TO HELP Jump Start Your Strength Training In Just 6 Days.

Just follow along for the next 6 days and YOU’LL GET SIX AMAZING, MUSCLES BUILDING, BODY SCULPTING, STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUTS.

Try to do each class in order, one day after the other, taking a rest day on day seven.

For example, Week 1 has six workout classes, so you would do one class per day, Monday to Saturday, taking Sunday off as a rest day. Then, you can resume with Week 2 with Day 1 workout on Monday. You don’t have to start on a Monday, this is just an example schedule to follow.

You can keep doing this routine for at least 4 weeks, but try not to go over eight weeks. At about 6 to 8 weeks you should try another exercise program so your body doesn’t get used to the workouts.

Don’t worry if you can’t do all the workouts because you are too sore or don’t have the time, just try your best. You will have access to these classes for life, so you can try to do better the next time you go through the program.
